The DX PACK + service combines convenient operation, fast delivery and transportation of the shipments by air with only one counterparty.
With the DX PACK + service you can send your small shipments weighing no more than 2 kg. to a recipient address worldwide (except in some countries due to current problems related to the Covid 19 pandemic). Delivery is made according to the transit times indicated below.
With the DX PACK + service, each shipment is clearly marked with a tracking number and barcode and will be scanned several times until it is delivered to the final recipient. Delivery is certified with the latest Delivered status. Shipment statuses can be tracked directly in our system or on the website of the partner we work with - Deutshe Post
Shipments sent with the DX PACK + service are serviced solely by a Deutsche Post partner and are delivered without a signature. All shipments travel by air, so dangerous goods cannot be sent with this service.
